Excellent service. Good for travelers. Experienced a tire issue while heading north and had to stop in an hour before they closed for the night. Our part was ordered that night and installed the next morning. Car trouble on the road is stressful but this place went out of their way to help. And thank you!

Picture this panic: Road Trip, a monster heat wave, me, my German Shepherd service dog 🐕‍🦺, and my 93 year old mother... i try to start the van and we're not going anywhere! i saw these great reviews on Google and gave Monkey Wrench a call. within 10 minutes I had help and after a little extra charging, Mr. Walters got her started. yay! i followed him back to the shop, and he made sure we were good to go. such incredible kindness and service! his helper even kindly helped mom navigate with her walker and then, even his other customers were great!! i wish Monkey Wrench was my local garage!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! what a blessing! ❤️💜💛🧡💚

Joshua literally saved our road trip. We were 600 miles from home when the check engine light came on and our car was acting off. They were able to take us in immediately and diagnose the problem and then fix it within a matter of an hour and a half. We were able to get back onto the road safely and continue our trip only being set back a few hours. Cannot thank them enough for their professionalism, quick work, and for keeping us on track.

Josh and Monkey Wrench Automotive are THE best in Fayetteville! We have been taking our vehicles to Josh since he opened the shop.
